Features of Three Way Catalytic Converter:
1) This component consists of an outside steel shell and inside ceramic element coated with noble metals of Pt, Pd, and Rh
2) When the exhaust is passing through the three-way catalytic converter, CO, HC, and NOx, the activity of gas is enhanced
3) Under such a high temperature, the CO would be oxidized into a gas without color and poison, CO2; meanwhile the HC compound is turned into H2O and CO2; finally the NOx is deoxidized into nitrogen, the three gases are turned into the non-toxic gas to purify exhaust
